The car wash category has limited brand distinctiveness, little customer loyalty, and often spontaneous purchasing. So, when COVID happened the business was in free-fall.
SOLUTION:
To rebuild after Covid, Concierge Car Wash, wanted to increase returning customers and win back 'lost' users without cutting its prices. We created a segmented SMS re-contact strategy, leveraging past shopping behaviour to target lapsed audiences and offers tailored to audience segments. We created personalised, quirky texts to cut through the sea of functional texts brands send.
